Ἐλπιδίῳ. (355) Κλημάτιος παρ’ ὧν μὲν ἤλπισε μέγα τι φησὶ μικρὸν ἔχειν, οὓς δὲ ἐνόμιζεν ἀμελήσειν αὑτοῦ, τούτους εὑρηκέναι συμ- μάχους. σὺ δὲ ἡμῖν τούτων εἶ τῶν δευτέρων. τοιγαροῦν ὃ ποθεῖς ἔχεις, ἐπαίνους παρὰ τῶν Κληματίῳ συνήθων. πολλοὶ δὲ οὗτοι, σὺ δ’, εἰ βούλει, προστίθει καὶ ἀγαθοί.
